Project Overview

For Project Gamma, we conducted extensive user research to identify pain points in the existing user journey. Based on our findings, we redesigned the entire e-commerce experience, from the product discovery phase to the final checkout process. The new design is clean, modern, and user-friendly, and has been instrumental in boosting the client's online sales.
